of our customers by name.
If you miss a payment, Paypal will contact you and it will
contact Kathy as well.
Kathy won't remove your site from
the server immediately. She'll begin by "suspending" your
account. That means when you type in your web address, you'll
see a delightful message asking you to contact us because your
account has been suspended for non-payment. (Yes, anyone else who
types in your URL will also see that delightful message as well but
it's a necessary evil. This allows us to leave your site
on the server, intact and waiting to be activated again..)
If your hosting account goes
"dormant" for more than 60 days - there will be a $150 charge to reactivate
your account.
If your account has gone more than 60 days - click the button
below to begin your service again.
If your account goes 120 days -then you should first check to see
if the "suspended" page is still showing. If it's not, it
means we deleted your account from the server and you'll need to go back to
Step 3
and start all over again.
